In the event that you wish to exchange the item/s for another of the same or similar of the same value, we ask the original item/s to be returned to us at your expense and in the exact condition it was sent to you. Eg. Not previously worn and unwashed. We will then send you the agreed replacement item/s at our expense.
Please note due to health and hygiene laws swimwear that you purchase online strictly must be returned to us unused and unwashed.
Should you decide to exchange for an item of a higher value we will we can charge a card of your choice for that amount, or we can issue you a payment request via Paypal. If the value of the exchange items/s is lower we can credit a card of your choice, send you funds via PayPal or transfer funds to a bank account of your choice.
